"I am a friendly, engaging Mum of one.

My experience as a Support Worker encompasses providing support to clients with complex mental health diagnoses, Autism and people who struggle with addictions.

I have a Cert IV in visual art and am working towards becoming a qualified Art Therapist. My fundamental belief is that by providing individualised, effective support to participants I am able to empower them to achieve their goals.  I believe that the power of movement as well as a connection to nature enhances feelings of connectedness.

I am trained in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and am enrolled to complete First Aid for epilepsy as well as a medication course."
